Hi friends! My name is Taylor and I am the owner and operator of KC Lash Artist! I am I am a licensed esthetician and a 2x certified lash technician with over 3 years experience in the industry. I am currently home based specializing in classic, YY, hybrid, volume and anime style lash sets. My goal at each appointment is for my guest to feel safe, comfortable and in love with their results! *My lash room is a safe space for all people! 🤍* Please read all policies before your appointment. - POLICIES- Guests are not allowed without approval prior to the day of your appointment (maximum of 1 guest, children ARE included as extra guests- PLEASE give me a heads up!) If you have not arrived at 10 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. PLEASE arrive with a clean face free of any makeup or products. Please avoid caffeine before appointments! All services are non-refundable. ANY appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a 40% cancellation fee. PLEASE reschedule if you are sick! My health and that of my clients and family come before anything else and you will be required to wear a mask if you are experiencing any symptoms. If you are over the 21 day mark for fills it is considered and will be charged as a new set. My books fill up quickly so to ensure getting a spot within your 21 days, I recommend booking ahead. I accept Cash, Venmo, or Card payment. (Please have exact change if necessary) If your appointment is not confirmed and liability waiver is not signed 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your appointment time may be forfeited. No call no shows are charged a fee worth 40% of the missed service and immediately blocked from online booking. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further questions, I am always happy to help! :) - AFTER CARE - *Cleanliness of your lash extensions will be the biggest factor in how well your lashes last! Avoid makeup, shampoo and brush daily for best retention* Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours Wash daily using a LASH SHAMPOO only, rinse and blow dry with a cool air or pat dry (avoid cotton for blotting as it will get snagged on the base of the lash extensions) For best retention it is advised to wash your lashes after you cry, sweat, wear makeup or come into contact with chlorine or salt water, letting these things dry into your lashes will effect the longevity of your lashes. DO NOT touch lashes with your fingers, the oil from your hands will negatively affect your retention. Avoid any touching, picking or pulling of the lashes. Avoid using oil based products around your lashes or eye area as this will counteract the adhesive and cause poor retention. DO NOT apply mascara to your lash extensions. Makeup on or around your extensions without proper cleansing and removal of makeup will cause retention issues. *if you experience any retention issues within the first 3 DAYS of wearing your extensions please contact me to schedule a free fix*Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All cancelations must be made more than 48 hours prior to service to avoid late fee. Same day cancellations/ no call no shows will automatically be charged 40% of your appointment cost. No call no shows are immediately banned from booking on my site. Clients are allowed one emergency reschedule, if you for any reason cancel or need to reschedule your previously rescheduled appointment, my cancellation fee will be charged, regardless of notice given. The cancellation fee will NOT apply to appointments rescheduled due to inclement weather or personal illness. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
